Powers to Notify the Type or Variety of the Seeds : If Government of Nepal deems it necessary to regulate and control the quality standards for any Type or Variety of the Seeds to be used for the Agricultural Activity, it may, in consultation with the Board, prescribe the Seeds of such Type or Variety as the Notified Seeds, by publishing a
Notification in the Nepal Gazette, and while so prescribing it may also prescribe the Type or Variety of the Seeds appropriate for different regions.
